Key Responsibilities: Respond to international admission inquiries via email, phone, or virtual platforms Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, eligibility, and required documentation Provide detailed program information, fee structures, and scholarship options Coordinate with international agencies, embassies, and partners for admissions and visa processes Follow up on leads, track applications, and maintain updated admission records Assist students with visa documentation, accommodation queries, and pre-arrival support Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies related to international students Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written) Strong counselling and relationship-building ability Cultural sensitivity and professional approach in handling international queries Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (Education, Business, or Healthcare preferred) 1–3 years of experience in admissions/student counselling preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Wardha, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
